Instructions

  1. Cut the washed half apple with the peel and core without the blossom into pieces, peel the mango and remove the pulp from the core (cut into a diamond shape and remove horizontally from the core with a knife), it should be approx. 180 g. Put both in the blender.
  2. Wash the lettuce and spinach and put in the blender along with the remaining ingredients for the fruit. Either select the Green Smoothie program or mix everything at the highest level for about 1.5 - 2 minutes.
  3. Drink immediately, otherwise the smoothie will thicken due to the swelling chia seeds. Otherwise, add a little still water.
