Instructions

  1. Wash the kale, remove the stalk and chop it roughly. Wash the persimmon, remove the flower and cut into small pieces with the peel. Possibly peel, sometimes contains bitter substances. Peel and cut the bananas and carrots.
  2. Put all ingredients, except oil, in a high-performance mixer and mix for approx. 1.5 - 2 minutes on a high level. Add the oil and mix everything again briefly.
  3. The amount makes about 4 small glasses. If you don`t want it vegan, you can also use normal yogurt.
