Grind the green spelled and oats or buy them as meal or flakes, soak in the hot broth for about 20 minutes (do not boil).
Dice the onions and chop the garlic.
After soaking, pour off any excess stock and let it soak for another 10 minutes.
Then put the mixture in a container and mix with the rest of the ingredients with your hands. It is important to ensure that the mass has a dough-like consistency and that it adheres well.
Let the mixture rest for another 10-15 minutes.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry, but not too bland.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs with wet hands and place in the well-preheated pan moistened with olive oil.
Let fry on both sides for approx. 4-5 minutes. This will make the patties nice and crispy and keep the inside juicy.
