- 300 g reen spelled, round or whole
- 300 g oats, round or whole
- 2 onions)
- 2 cloves garlic
- some broth
- 2 tablespoon mustard, extra hot
- 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 2 egg (s)
- curry
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil

- Grind the green spelled and oats or buy them as meal or flakes, soak in the hot broth for about 20 minutes (do not boil).
- Dice the onions and chop the garlic.
- After soaking, pour off any excess stock and let it soak for another 10 minutes.
- Then put the mixture in a container and mix with the rest of the ingredients with your hands. It is important to ensure that the mass has a dough-like consistency and that it adheres well.
- Let the mixture rest for another 10-15 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry, but not too bland.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs with wet hands and place in the well-preheated pan moistened with olive oil.
- Let fry on both sides for approx. 4-5 minutes. This will make the patties nice and crispy and keep the inside juicy.
- A delicacy served cold and warm.
