Instructions

  1. Cut the apples with the skin into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the spinach and puree both with a blender. Cut the banana into small pieces, add and also puree. Then mix in the ginger, anise and mint. Finally, gradually fill up with water and work everything through well with the blender.
  2. The recipe works well for using apples or bananas that are already overripe. As a result, they no longer look beautiful, but they have an even more intense taste.
  3. The smoothie can of course also be prepared in a stand mixer.
