Instructions

  1. Wash fruits and vegetables if necessary. Cut the apple and banana into small pieces. Chop up the iceberg lettuce. Squeeze the lemon. First put the apple and banana pieces in a high-performance blender, then add the spinach, lettuce, parsley and iceberg lettuce. Add lemon juice and remaining liquid. You can refine the smoothie with a little agave syrup (raw food quality) to taste. If you want, you can also add 1 - 2 ice cubes. Mix all ingredients vigorously until you get a creamy mixture.
