Wash fruits and vegetables if necessary. Cut the apple and banana into small pieces. Chop up the iceberg lettuce. Squeeze the lemon. First put the apple and banana pieces in a high-performance blender, then add the spinach, lettuce, parsley and iceberg lettuce. Add lemon juice and remaining liquid. You can refine the smoothie with a little agave syrup (raw food quality) to taste. If you want, you can also add 1 - 2 ice cubes. Mix all ingredients vigorously until you get a creamy mixture.
