Instructions

  1. Wash all vegetables and fruits, peel the banana. Chop the radish and kohlrabi leaves (without a stem) and broccoli with a stem. There are ready-to-cook kale from the refrigerated shelf, you can also use frozen goods or fresh ones. Remove only the stem and flower from the apple. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  2. Put everything in a mixer (blender) in at least 2 runs. Add the water and possibly bitter love (known from the lion`s den). Mix everything for about 2 - 3 minutes, depending on how strong your mixer is. Then add the linseed oil and mix again for 5 seconds. I fill both passages in a large saucepan, stir well again and then fill the smoothie into bottles. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  3. The smoothie isn`t very sweet (because it`s healthy). If you need it, you may have to sweeten something, if possible not use sugar.
  4. The amount is 1 3/4 liters.
