Ingredients
- leaves Radish from a bunch radishes
- leaves Kohlrabi from a kohlrabi
- 150 g kale, ready to cook
- 200 g broccoli
- 50 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 small banana (s), ripe
- 1 big apple, sweet
- 80 g raspberries
- 750 ml still water
- 3 tablespoon linseed oil
- 2 tablespoon, leveled bitters (bitter love), optional

- Wash all vegetables and fruits, peel the banana. Chop the radish and kohlrabi leaves (without a stem) and broccoli with a stem. There are ready-to-cook kale from the refrigerated shelf, you can also use frozen goods or fresh ones. Remove only the stem and flower from the apple. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
- Put everything in a mixer (blender) in at least 2 runs. Add the water and possibly bitter love (known from the lion`s den). Mix everything for about 2 - 3 minutes, depending on how strong your mixer is. Then add the linseed oil and mix again for 5 seconds. I fill both passages in a large saucepan, stir well again and then fill the smoothie into bottles. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- The smoothie isn`t very sweet (because it`s healthy). If you need it, you may have to sweeten something, if possible not use sugar.
- The amount is 1 3/4 liters.
