Instructions

  1. You need large, juicy oranges that will also dissolve the fruit well after cooking. Of course, you can peel off the pulp with a thin-walled dessert spoon before topping it. Then cut off the inner fruit completely with a knife. And if you are careful, it looks almost as beautiful, but the dessert can definitely be eaten without any major problems or splashing orange juice.
  2. To finish, cut the oranges in half and straighten them a little with the knife if necessary. Place on a square piece of aluminum foil. Scatter powdered sugar in a thick layer. Finely grind the cloves in a mortar, mix with the cinnamon and spread over the orange halves.
  3. Now put a large piece of butter on each half. Now crumple the aluminum foil - don`t close it and only half as high as the orange. It is only protection for the melted butter.
  4. Now cook the oranges on the grill for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over the hot oranges and enjoy the sweet dessert.
