Peel the grilled sausage and cut lengthways into 6 strips. Brush the sausage strips with a little chili sauce. Dab the cheese cubes lightly with the chilli sauce and wrap the cubes tightly with the bacon. Wrap the sausage strips around the cheese and bacon cube and put everything together on a skewer.
Grill the grill praline on the edge of the direct heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
