Cut the tomatoes into fine cubes. Mix the Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and 4 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and a pinch of sugar. Roughly chop the coriander greens and mix in. Put the tomato cubes in the sauce.
Halve the avocados lengthways and peel, remove the stone. Drizzle the avocado halves with lime juice and 1 tablespoon of oil, season with salt and pepper. Fry with the cut surface facing down in the grill pan for 4-5 minutes, turn and serve with the diced tomatoes.
