Instructions

  1. Slice the aubergines into thin slices. Mix together the ingredients for the glaze.
  2. Brush the aubergine slices with the glaze on one side and place the coated side on the grill.
  3. After 4 minutes, brush the top and turn the slices. As soon as they are done, remove them from the grill.
