Instructions

  1. Cut the halloumi into 6 slices. Peel 1/2 mango and also cut into 6 pieces. Place a piece of mango on top of a piece of halloumi and wrap a slice of bacon around it so that the end of the bacon is on the underside of the halloumi.
  2. First place the parcels on the grill with the underside and grill, then briefly the mango side until the bacon is just done (otherwise the mango will be too soft).
  3. If you don`t have a really ripe mango, you can brush the slightly unripe mango with a little honey - the grilling time will of course increase on the mango side. Also tastes good from the pan!
