Heat the grill in the oven. Lightly grease the baking sheet.
Mix the ingredients from goat cheese to salt well in a bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of the mixture to each half of the jalapeno and place the cheese side up on the baking sheet.
Push the baking sheet into the oven, about 7 to 8 cm away from the grill bars. Grill the jalapenos for 5 minutes, they should be lightly brown and the cheese should be lightly browned.
Arrange the jalapenos on a platter and garnish with coriander leaves.
