Ingredients
- 110 g oat cheese, soft
- 110 g cream cheese, soft
- 50 g parmesan, freshly rated
- 1 medium tomato (s), pitted, cut into small cubes
- 1 ½ spring onion (s), cut into thin rings
- 2 tablespoon sage, fresh, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 16 chilli pepper (s) (jalapenos), halved lengthways, pitted
- 2 tablespoon coriander greens, fresh, chopped
- Fat, for the tin

- Heat the grill in the oven. Lightly grease the baking sheet.
- Mix the ingredients from goat cheese to salt well in a bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of the mixture to each half of the jalapeno and place the cheese side up on the baking sheet.
- Push the baking sheet into the oven, about 7 to 8 cm away from the grill bars. Grill the jalapenos for 5 minutes, they should be lightly brown and the cheese should be lightly browned.
- Arrange the jalapenos on a platter and garnish with coriander leaves.
