Ingredients

  • 250 g honey, more liquid, lihter
  • 150 g tomato paste
  • 150 g ketchup
  • 50 g mustard, hotter
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 6 teaspoons Provence herbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 3 hot peppers, green, chopped
  • 250 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and chop it together with the peppers. Now mix with the rest of the ingredients - add more peppers depending on your taste. Finally stir in the oil.
  2. If stored in a cool place, it will keep for several weeks in the jar.
