Ingredients

  • 4 pear (s)
  • 50 g almond (s), (flakes, toasted)
  • Chocolate sauce :
  • 175 g chocolate, bitter
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon syrup (sugar syrup)
  • 15 g butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, mix with water, syrup and butter. Heat and stir until the chocolate sauce has a homogeneous, thick consistency.
  2. Peel and quarter the pears and core. Place on the grid and simmer on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Arrange the pears on plates, pour the chocolate sauce over them and sprinkle with the flaked almonds.
  4. It becomes even more substantial with a tablespoon of thick cream or ice cream.
