Instructions

  1. Mix the orange juice and zest, chilli and oregano together. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Brush the meat with about half of the mixture and marinate for about 2 hours.
  2. Pat the chops dry, brush with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on the hot wire rack for about 8 minutes on each side. Add the rest of the marinade.
