Instructions

  1. First, carefully cut the fat side of the steaks crosswise and then rub lightly with oil. Then sprinkle with cane sugar and season well with sea salt. Now place the steaks in the middle of the grill party and grill with the lid closed for 30 to 45 seconds, then turn and grill again for the same time.
