Ingredients
- 2 steak (s), (US beef steaks, roast beef), approx. 4 cm thick
- some rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch (s) cane sugar
- sea salt
- Pepper, coarsely ground

- First, carefully cut the fat side of the steaks crosswise and then rub lightly with oil. Then sprinkle with cane sugar and season well with sea salt. Now place the steaks in the middle of the grill party and grill with the lid closed for 30 to 45 seconds, then turn and grill again for the same time. Now place the steaks with the fat side towards the center of the grill on the edge of the wire rack and close the lid for another 10-15 minutes.
- Let the steaks rest briefly before cutting. Then cut into narrow strips and sprinkle with freshly crushed pepper.
