Thaw the fillets in the refrigerator, rinse in cold water, and pat dry. Finely chop the garlic, add a pinch of salt, and mash with a knife. Mix the garlic with 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime juice), 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon mustard, ½ teaspoon honey, paprika powder (hot or sweet), 1 tablespoon frozen herbs, salt and pepper to taste, and chili powder if desired.
Place the fillets on a plate and brush with the marinade. Insert the grill insert (raised part) into the microwave, place the plate on it, and grill for 15 minutes. The fillets do not need to be turned. Monitor to prevent the fish from drying out.
