Instructions

  1. Thaw the pangasius fillets in the refrigerator, wash them in cold water and pat dry. Finely chop the garlic, add salt and mash it with a knife. Process the garlic with all the other ingredients to make a marinade.
  2. Place the pangasius fillets on a plate and brush with the marinade. Place the grill insert (raised part) in the microwave, place the plate on it and grill the fillets for about 15 minutes. They do not necessarily have to be turned. Make sure that the fish does not get dry!
  3. Fresh, green salad and white bread go best with it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
