Ingredients

  • 6 fish fillet (s) (pangasius)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 packet herbs, frozen, mixed
  • 1 glass bell pepper (s), roasted
  • 4 half tomatoes, dried
  • 1 bag cheese (pizza)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub the fillets with olive oil.
  2. Cut the bell pepper and tomatoes into small strips, mix with the cheese, sour cream and herbs in a bowl and season. Spread 1 tablespoon on each half of the fish, fold the fish together and place in a baking dish. Then distribute the rest on the fish. In the preheated oven, middle rack, baked at 160 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
  3. Baguette or baked potatoes go well with it.
