Clean the onion and garlic, finely chop the onion. Pluck the herbs and chop finely. Cut the heads off the peppers and hollow out the inside.
Chop the goat cheese and mix with the onion, chilli, herbs and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with pepper and salt.
Fill the pods with the mixture, close with a clove of garlic, brush with olive oil and slowly fry on all sides on the grill. Brush with oil in between.
