Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes (do not peel them) and cook them not until tender.
  2. Drain the water, drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, rosemary and cayenne pepper.
  3. Place 5 potatoes on a large piece of aluminum foil and pour a tablespoon of marinade over the potatoes. Put a small sprig of rosemary on top and fold up the aluminum foil so that the potatoes are wrapped (a flat package / press together well).
  4. Turn and twist a little so that the oil is distributed. Place the package on the wire rack and, depending on the intensity of the embers, grill for about 10 minutes if you turn them frequently.
