Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemons, chop the garlic.
  2. Mix together lemon juice, ginger, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and chili powder. The salmon skin at a distance of approx. 1 cm. cut slightly. Pour the marinade over the salmon and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Then drain and grill on both sides.
