Instructions

  1. Salt the salmon and roll it in flour. Then fry with the garlic, which can be whole or in larger pieces - first on the skin side, then on the other side.
  2. Meanwhile cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Cut the pepper into small cubes and sweat together with the diced onion. Then add the sliced fresh spinach to the pan. Season everything and mix with the finished rice.
  4. For the vinaigrette, mix the broth with two tablespoons of olive oil and vinegar as well as the mustard. Pour over the sliced tomatoes. Cover the tomatoes with sheep`s cheese and place on a baking tray.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the salmon with dill and serve on the tomatoes, with the spinach rice.
