Grilled Sea Bream Made Easy
Instructions
- Remove the scales from the sea bream and wash it, or ask the fishmonger to prepare it for cooking.
- Season the inside and outside of each fish with salt and pepper.
- Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves. Wash the parsley sprigs and pat dry.
- Stuff the belly of each fish with the chopped garlic and parsley.
- Using a sharp knife, score the outside of each fish 3-4 times at an angle down to the middle bone.
- Brush all sides of each fish with olive oil.
- Grill the fish on medium-high heat for 10 min on each side, until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
- Drizzle each fish with 1 tablespoon of lime-infused olive oil and serve with a lemon quarter.
