Ingredients

  • 4 fish (s), sea bream or sea bream, approx. 300 g each
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs parsley, smooth
  • salt and pepper
  • some olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil with lime
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated

Instructions

  1. Remove, scale and wash the sea bream or have the fishmonger prepare it for cooking.
  2. Season the inside and outside with salt and pepper. Peel and roughly chop the garlic, wash the parsley and pat dry. Pour the garlic and parsley into the belly of the fish. Cut the sea bream from the outside with a sharp knife 3-4 times at an angle to about the middle bone and brush all around with the olive oil.
  3. Grill the fish for about 10 minutes on each side.
  4. To serve, the fish are drizzled with a tablespoon of olive oil with lime and served with a lemon quarter.
  5. This goes well with Sivi`s rosemary potatoes (see there) and a crisp, fresh leaf salad with balsamic dressing and a tangy white wine, e.g. a Vinho Verde from Portugal or a Pinot Grigio from Friuli.
