- Wash the tomatoes. Cut off the base of the stem so that it is smooth. Hollow out the tomatoes and season the inside with salt and pepper.
- Finely dice the feta, into pieces approx. 5 x 5 x 5 mm.
- Put the pesto, feta and the garlic pressed through a press or finely diced in a small bowl, mix and stuff the tomatoes with it.
- Wrap the tomatoes in aluminum foil and cook on the grill for approx. 15-20 minutes.
