Ingredients

  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons pesto, green
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes. Cut off the base of the stem so that it is smooth. Hollow out the tomatoes and season the inside with salt and pepper.
  2. Finely dice the feta, into pieces approx. 5 x 5 x 5 mm.
  3. Put the pesto, feta and the garlic pressed through a press or finely diced in a small bowl, mix and stuff the tomatoes with it.
  4. Wrap the tomatoes in aluminum foil and cook on the grill for approx. 15-20 minutes.
