Ingredients
- 500 g cocktail tomatoes
- 200 g sheep cheese, or feta cheese
- 100 g olives
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, (raspberry)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- some stalks rosemary
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 handful herbs, fresh from the garden
- thyme

- Cut the cheese into cubes. Put the cheese cubes together with the tomatoes and olives in a baking dish. Season with the remaining ingredients and stir well until the honey is dissolved. Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes. When the tomatoes pop open, the dish is ready.
