Ingredients
- 400 g penne
- 500 g rocket
- 80 ml virgin olive oil
- 30 g sunflower seeds, alternatively pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 50 g parmesan, rated
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
- 3 tomato (s)
- 125 g feta cheese

- Cook the penne as usual.
- Wash and dry the rocket and place in a tall mixing bowl. Add olive oil, sunflower seeds, parmesan and garlic cloves and puree everything with the magic wand. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly a squirt of lemon juice.
- In the meantime, wash, dry and quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds with a knife. Cut the tomatoes and feta into small cubes.
- Now mix the pasta with rocket pesto and serve with the tomatoes and feta.
- Note: The dish tastes warm and cold.
