Peel the garlic and press it into the yogurt. Add Miracel Whip and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Cut the zucchini lengthways into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Sprinkle with the zucchini spice. Place aluminum foil on the grill, coat thinly with a little oil and grill the zucchini slices on both sides for a few minutes.
Tip: Prepare the garlic sauce 5-6 hours in advance and let it steep.
