Ingredients
- 2 small zucchini
- 3 tablespoons spices for zucchini
- 4 garlic clove (s)
- 2 cups natural yogurt
- 6 tablespoon Miracel Whip
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Peel the garlic and press it into the yogurt. Add Miracel Whip and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Cut the zucchini lengthways into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Sprinkle with the zucchini spice. Place aluminum foil on the grill, coat thinly with a little oil and grill the zucchini slices on both sides for a few minutes.
- Tip: Prepare the garlic sauce 5-6 hours in advance and let it steep.
