Delicious Grilled Zucchini

Grilled vegetables are a great side dish for meat or fish dishes, and you can also eat them just like that. Today I will tell you about an interesting and unusual way of how to cook delicious grilled zucchini.

Ingredients
- Zucchini – 3 Pieces
- Ricotta – 1/3 Glass
- Parmesan – 150 Grams
- Butter – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Garlic – 2 Cloves
- Sage – 4 Pieces (leaves)
- Fresh basil – 1 Piece (leaves)
- Salt, pepper – To taste
- Chili Flakes – 1 Pinch
Directions
- Wash the zucchini and cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
- Transfer vegetable to a bowl, add olive oil, stir.
- Take a cast iron skillet and place the snail zucchini in it.
- Send the pan to a preheated grill, bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, sprinkle the vegetable with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
- At the same time, melt the butter in a saucepan, add chopped garlic and chopped sage and basil leaves to it.
- Grate the remaining cheese and put it in a saucepan, add ricotta, stir everything and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove zucchini from grill, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, add prepared sauce and serve warm dish.
