Wash the zucchini and cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
Transfer vegetable to a bowl, add olive oil, stir.
Take a cast iron skillet and place the snail zucchini in it.
Send the pan to a preheated grill, bake for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, sprinkle the vegetable with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
At the same time, melt the butter in a saucepan, add chopped garlic and chopped sage and basil leaves to it.
Grate the remaining cheese and put it in a saucepan, add ricotta, stir everything and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove zucchini from grill, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, add prepared sauce and serve warm dish.
