Put the flour, dry yeast, water, salt and olive oil in a bowl and knead. Place the dough on the work surface and knead for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 10 minutes, then knead again.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle approx. 1 cm thick, cover again and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Cut the dough crosswise in the middle into 2 equal parts. Now cut the strips of dough into 1 cm wide strips and roll each slightly round. Place the individual strips on a baking sheet, brush with water and sprinkle with herbs, salt, sesame or poppy seeds.
Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
