- Grind 500 grams of beef through a meat grinder. Cut the 100 grams of raw fat into very small pieces.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and 50 ml of cold water to the minced meat. Mix well until smooth.
- Form the mixture into patties approximately 8 millimeters thick.
- Heat 100 grams of fat in a thick-bottomed frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties on both sides over medium heat for 2 minutes per side until they reach 71°C / 160°F internally.
- Transfer the cooked patties to a serving dish.
- Serve with baked potatoes or mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, and pickles.
