Instructions
- Buy the camembert, brie, and Limburger cheese at least 2 weeks before preparing this dish to ensure they are very ripe.
- Mash the ripe cheeses with a fork until smooth.
- Fold in the soft butter and cream cheese until well combined.
- Chop the handful of herbs and dice the onion.
- Stir the herbs and diced onion into the cheese mixture.
- Season to taste with caraway seeds, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
