  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 handful herbs, as desired, e.g., chives, parsley, wild garlic etc.
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Buy the camembert, brie, and Limburger cheese at least 2 weeks before preparing this dish to ensure they are very ripe.
  2. Mash the ripe cheeses with a fork until smooth.
  3. Fold in the soft butter and cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Chop the handful of herbs and dice the onion.
  5. Stir the herbs and diced onion into the cheese mixture.
  6. Season to taste with caraway seeds, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
