Ingredients

  • 200 g camembert (s), ripe
  • 100 g cheese, (Brie), ripe
  • 100 g cheese, (Limburer), ripe
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 handful herbs, as desired, e.g., chives, parsley, wild garlic etc.
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mash the cheese with a fork. Fold in the butter and cream cheese. Chop the herbs, dice the onions and stir in. Season to taste with caraway seeds, paprika powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Tip: I buy the cheese at least two weeks before I prepare the shredded cheese so that it is very ripe. So it tastes particularly delicious!
