Quarter a ripe avocado, peel off the peel and remove the core. Pour lemon juice over the cut avocado meat. Roughly cut half a peeled cucumber into pieces that can be mashed. Peel and roughly dice the onion. Add chilli peppers and garlic cloves at your own discretion so that it doesn`t get too spicy for anyone.
Add the whole cherry tomatoes and chop everything in a suitable container with a hand blender. I noticed that if the vegetables are pureed too long, they have a banana-like taste that I do not like, so I only puree briefly. Finally stir in the yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
