For this Mexican guacamole, first halve the peppers lengthways, core and finely dice.
Peel the onion and garlic and cut into very small pieces. Juice the lime.
Finely dice the tomatoes (it is best to put them in the boiling water beforehand, blanch , peel and core them).
Then halve the avocados, remove the stone and remove the pulp from the skin with a spoon - cut and divide the avocados correctly
Then finely puree the avocado meat and lime juice (or lemon juice) in a blender.
Season the avocado puree with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Put the pepper cubes, onion, garlic pieces and tomato cubes in the puree and let everything steep for 15 minutes.
