Instructions

  1. Heat a pan to medium-high. Add the shredded pork and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and reaches 63°C (145°F) internal temperature. Meanwhile, divide the pizza dough in half. Flatten each portion into a circle about 20 cm (8 inches) wide. Using the egg yolk, brush the outer edges of both circles lightly. Spread tomato sauce from the package in the center of each circle, keeping the edges clear and saving some sauce for the topping.
  2. Top each dough circle with the cooked pork, white cabbage salad, red cabbage salad, tzatziki, and some of the cheese, distributing to your preference.
  3. Fold each dough circle in half to seal it into a calzone shape, pressing the edges firmly and stretching the dough slightly if needed. Brush the outside with the remaining tomato sauce and top with the remaining cheese. Bake according to the package instructions for the pizza dough.
