Mix the tomato paste with the broth, bring to the boil and cook the pasta in the tomato water for about 12 minutes.
Cut the meat into strips, season with salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes without fat in a non-stick pan, season with plenty of gyros spices. Halve the tomatoes, drain the pasta and stir both into the gyros.
Cut the onions into rings and sprinkle over the gyros. Together with a large mixed salad, this makes a light lunch!
