For the marinade:

• 1 ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon paprika powder
• 0.25 teaspoon ¼ chili powder
• 1 teaspoon basil, rubbed
• 1 teaspoon thyme, rubbed
• 1 teaspoon marjoram, rubbed
• 1 teaspoon oregano, grated
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin
• 1 onion (s), pressed
• 2 cloves garlic, pressed
• 8 tablespoon oil

Instructions

1. Mix in the marinade. Soak the steaks in it overnight or for a shorter time in a vacuum.
2. Place the steaks on the hot wood grill and grill for about 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness, size and embers.
