Ingredients
- 8 large pork steak (s)
For the marinade:
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ chili powder
- 1 teaspoon basil, rubbed
- 1 teaspoon thyme, rubbed
- 1 teaspoon marjoram, rubbed
- 1 teaspoon oregano, grated
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cumin
- 1 onion (s), pressed
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 8 tablespoon oil

- Mix in the marinade. Soak the steaks in it overnight or for a shorter time in a vacuum.
- Place the steaks on the hot wood grill and grill for about 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness, size and embers.
