- 1 pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf
- 3 onion (s)
- 500 g tzatziki
- 750 g yros meat
- 500 g cheese, rated (e.. Gouda or Edam)
- Spice mix for pizza
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste

- Roll out the finished pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put about 3 tablespoons of the tomato paste on the dough and distribute it. Peel the 3 onions, cut them into small pieces and distribute half of them evenly on the dough. Then spread half of the tzatziki on the dough and sprinkle 3/4 of the cheese on top. Sprinkle all over with pizza seasoning.
- Now fry the gyros in the pan. Then distribute on the dough. Spread the rest of the tzatziki, the rest of the onions and the rest of the cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C to 200 ° C for about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
