If the meat is not yet seasoned, pour 2 tablespoons of oil over it and add the various spices as well as the finely chopped onions and the garlic.
Then fry everything in a preheated pan until crispy and then slowly add the cheese, stirring constantly. Then wait until it has completely melted and then pour the cream and water into the pan over a low heat.
Simmer everything together until creamy and if the consistency is not enough, you can thicken a little with roux.
