Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 175 ° C).
Cut the peppers into thin strips, clean and wash the mushrooms. Halve or quarter large ones if necessary.
Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the peppers and mushrooms in it for approx. 3 minutes and remove. Fry the meat in portions in the frying fat for 5 - 6 minutes.
