Instructions

  1. Pulp the beans. Cut the onions and ham into small cubes. Let everything sizzle gently in a pan with the oil over low heat for about 15-20 minutes. The beans should be soft but still have a bit of bite. Season with salt and some freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
